No Broker Fee Mortgage
Its getting harder and harder for people to get mortgage funds approved, what with the credit crunch and story after story in the news about how the financial market is struggling and how people are finding it increasingly harder to obtain a mortgage, companies are doing all they can to aid people in their search for the perfect home.
From our research on the internet an adverse credit mortgage normally has a broker fee of around 2% - this would be £2,000 on a £100,000 mortgage which is a heck of a lot of money to pay when the credit crunch is making everything more expensive - this got us thinking about how many more people could be eligible for a mortgage or remortgage if this fee wasn't there, we decided to do something about it!
No Broker Fee Mortgages - even for Adverse Mortgages!
A saving of two to three thousand pounds could be the difference between someone being able to afford a mortgage or not. We wanted to make sure we were doing everything possible to enable possible clients to afford the products our brokers sell - with that in mind our clients will not have to find any money up front for a broker fee, they will not have to take equity out of their home if they are re mortgaging to pay for a broker fee - our mortgage brokers now work on a NO broker fee basis and will be remunerated for their work by commission from the lender only.
If you want a mortgage, remortgage or secured loan, Baker Financial brokers won't charge a fee. Even for adverse credit mortgage applications which are renowned for having high broker fees, our brokers will be happy to do all the work for you without charging you a penny, no fee at all!
Mutually beneficial to not charge broker fees
Some may say we are throwing money away because we are no longer charging a broker fee, because our brokers are operating on a "no broker fee" basis and have agreed to NO broker fees at all, but we feel we will be helping our clients achieve their goals in difficult times which is good for everyone - you will save money compared to a broker that does not have a no broker fee policy, we will gain more clients as we are making mortgages and remortgage more affordable by not charging a fee.
Will the service suffer if there is no broker fee?
In a word - no. We have looked at this very carefully and the only thing that will change regarding our services is that, as far as you, the borrower is concerned are services are free - our brokers will receive a commission from the lender and that's that!
Baker Financial brokers pride themselves on service standards second to none and if we thought for an instant that not charging a fee would impact on service standards in any way we would not do it - its that simple.
The client comes first and always will, that's why our clients use us again and again (read our testimonials!) - the fact that we are able to offer a no fee adverse credit mortgage solution is just another way of us trying to make life easier for our clients.
