Commercial mortgages & loans vary from lender to lender but their interest rates will
be based on either the bank of england base rate or LIBOR (London Inter-Bank Offered Rate), rates can start as low as 0.80% above the bank of england base rate and will usually be determined by your specific needs, circumstances and risk associated with the business venture.
What types of property can a commercial mortgage fund?
There is no hard and fast rule as to what a commercial lender will allow as security for a mortgage, the vast majority of lenders and commercial mortgage products mean that, as long as you have monies of your own to put down as a deposit their will more than likely be a commercial mortgage product which will allow you to see your venture through.
